Job Overview (Main Mission, Role, Purpose and Function)

The intern will be responsible for supporting the project design, development, and implementation for Mercedes-Benz Arena’s VIP program, including but not limited to:

Responsible for supporting the development of the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for the Arena VIP Program across the arena’s digital assets.

Design ideal customer-centric experiences

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Support and assist theproduct development, implementation, and operation of The Arena’s VIP Program

Work closely with arena marketing team, vendors, and designers to ensure seamless digital journey

Successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all the digital platforms

Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability and usefulness

Develop deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes in order to meet business needs and user requirements

Other work

Responsible for writing related work reports

Other work arranged by the department

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above

Have a passion for entertainment and sports coupled with an understanding of the basic concepts of Design Thinking. The role requires the following:

- Strong interest in innovation concepts

- Ability to generate creative ideas for the development of products, services, and processes

        - Quick and eager learner

- Organized and highly efficient

        - Capability to take on multiple tasks at once, and complete within tight timelines

Professional knowledge

Concentration of studies in the fields of Business, Behaviour Science, IT Product Management, Communication Design, or related disciplines

A feeling for and interest in digital trends, technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative solutions paired with entrepreneurship and strong communication skills

Structured, strategic thinking and approach, but also creative skills as well as having fun and enjoyment in the early phase of innovation

Committed and communicative team player

Skills

Familiar with Office software, good at using Word, Excel, PPT

Very good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
